Two-Storey Villa by Lacroix Chessex 지붕 있는 외부 공간 부잣집 1990년대 말에 지어진 기존의 단독주택 대지의 일부를 분할하여, 2층, 150m²(약 45평) 규모의 새 집을 지은 사례이다. 정사각형 격자 구조를 기반으로 한 다양한 공간들로 이루어진 평면에, 하나의 대형 박공지붕이 얹어졌다. 각 공간들을 계단식으로 연결하여 배치한 다음, 대각선으로 잘린 하나의 박공지붕으로 전체를 덮었기 때문에, 지붕이 있는 외부 공간들이 곳곳에 형성되었다. 1층에는 거실, 식당, 개방형 주방, 욕실, 침실 겸 오피스 등이 배치되었다. 2층에는 침실 3개, 욕실, 중이층 가족실이 있고, 지하에는 기계실, 세탁실, 대형 저장고가 들어있다. 한편, 친환경.......
