소림오조(新少林五祖: The New Legend Of Shaolin.1994)
1994년에 왕정 감독이 만든 무협 영화. 이연걸과 구숙정이 주연을 맡았다. 내용은 청나라 시대 때 소림사와 천지회가 반청복명의 비밀 결사를 조직해 조정에 항거하는 와중에, 조정에서 가장 위험한 인물로 꼽은 게 소림사 속가 제자인 무공 고수 홍희관인데 구족이 멸해져 어린 아들 문정 하나 살아남자 아들과 함께 8년 동안 전국을 떠돌아다니다가 소림사의 명나라 지보를 새긴 다섯 아이를 지키며 싸우는 이야기다. 이 작품은 한국에서는 소림오조란 제목으로 나왔지만 본래 원제는 ‘신 소림오조’다. 즉, 이 작품 이전에 이미 소림오조란 제목의 영화가 있다. 1974년에 나온 쇼 브라더스 스튜디오의 최고 흥행작 소림오조를 원작으로 삼고 있다. 본래 원작 내용은 채덕중, 마초홍, 방대홍, 이식
