UPCOMING HOTFIXES Items Shard of Hate Fixed on issue where the internal cooldown for this item's Legendary affix was being reset when dual-wielding. *Fixed an issue where this item's Legendary affix did not account for a skill's proc scalar, causing it to proc on every skill use. 메피검을 쌍수로 장비했을 때 스킬을 사용하면 메피검의 자체 쿨타임이 적용이 되지 않아 지금처럼 바저씨들이 훨윈드 돌면 빠직빠직 10만볼트가 발생했던 게 버그이며, 이제 스킬을 사용해도 쿨타임이 적용되게 변경한
