Jacarandas 114 by Garza Tristan Arquitectos 가정생활과 사교모임 모두를 위한 단독주택 가족 모임과 친구들과의 만남을 좋아하는 세 자녀를 둔 젊은 가족의 집이다. 모퉁이 대지라는 점을 감안하여, 도로에 면한 두 파사드를 인상적이면서도 차분한 분위기로 디자인을 했다고 한다. 외관상, 이 집은 매우 순수하고 우아한 기하학적 볼륨 두 개(흰색과 검은색)가 얼기설기 엮인 구조로 이루어졌다. 외부 창을 최소화하여 극히 내향적인 구조로 만든 다음, 주 출입구 앞 등 전략적 위치에 식재한 아라얀 나무를 통해 내부와 외부 사이를 시각적으로 연결했다. 1층은, 2층 높이의 거실 겸 식사 공간, 주방, 바 등 모든 공용 공간들을 정원을 통해.......

HT House by 007studio 다양한 외부 공간과 잘 짜인 내부 공간을 가진 현대식 주택 할머니, 부부, 그리고 3명의 자녀로 이루어진 3대 가족의 집이다. 조용하고 목가적인 골목에 위치한 이 집은, 채광과 환기가 잘 이루어질 뿐만 아니라 자연과 접할 수 있는 구조로 지어졌다. 사다리꼴 대지 위에 지어진 이 집은 건축주의 요구대로, 1층에 거실, 주방, 식당을 두고, 2~3층에 침실들이 배치되었다. 1층은, 앞마당-포치-거실-식당-포치(파티오)-뒷마당 순으로 동선이 이어지도록 공간이 계획되었다. 앞마당, 포치, 그리고 정원은 기온, 소음, 먼지의 영향을 최소화하도록 켜를 이루는 동시에 익숙한 과거의 전통 가옥 구조를 따른 것이기도 하다. 정.......

Humo House by Iván Bravo Architects On a lakeside in the south of Chile, Humo house is an exercise of domestic dichotomies.
